This person will be responsible for helping promote and teach advisors how to be a true fee-based planner. This new person will also be part of the firm leadership team helping with the overall productivity of the firm. Looking for someone with fee based experienced as an advisor or leader. Salary plus bonus. Can also continue to do personal production if they choose to but not required.
