A successful and rapidly growing RIA firm is seeking to hire a New Business Specialist for their office in either Denver, CO or Guilford, CT. The New Business Specialist will perform the role for both locations but work at one in person and at the other remotely. This individual will be part of the operations team, supporting financial advisors and their clients.


  • Assist in the onboarding of all new clients, from account opening and incoming transfer to initial portfolio
  • Verify accuracy of all paperwork, including signatures, initials, and dates
  • Review and submit new account applications and transfer forms
  • Update weekly incoming transfer and completed new business reports
  • Work as a liaison between advisor and client


  • Strong attention to detail

  • Warm, welcoming personality
  • Comfortable speaking with a wide range of individuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least 2 years of office experience

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Benefits and a 401k plan are included.
