The New Business Specialist will be part of the operations team supporting financial advisors and their clients. This position combines strong administrative skills with great customer service skills.

Daily activities of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the onboarding of all new clients, from account opening and incoming transfer to initial portfolio
  • Verify accuracy of all paperwork, including signatures, initials, and dates
  • Review and submit new account applications and transfer forms
  • Update weekly incoming transfer and completed new business reports
  • Work as a liaison between advisor and client

Job Requirements:

  • Task-oriented, extremely detailed person
  • At least 2 years office experience
  • Warm, welcoming personality
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Follow through and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Some CRM experience is a plus
  • Experience in financial services is a plus

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, plus bonus.
